Q2: How long is the warranty period after purchasing the machine?
Answer: Our machines come with a free one-year warranty, as long as the damage is not caused by human factors.

Q3: How soon can the delivery be made after payment?
Answer: After payment, we will ship the machine within 7-14 days.

Q4: How long can the printed patterns remain on the wall?
Answer: The printed patterns can last for up to five years outdoors and about ten years indoors.

Q5: How much ink is consumed for printing patterns?
Answer: Approximately 500ml (one bottle) of ink can print around 100 square meters, while 500ml of white ink can print approximately 50 square meters.

Q6: What should I do if I no longer want the printed pattern on the wall?
Answer: You have a couple of options. One option is to directly cover the unwanted pattern with white ink and then replace it with a new design. Alternatively, you can cover the wall with a suitable material based on its original surface. For example, if it's a latex paint wall, you can use latex paint to cover and overwrite the existing pattern.

Q7: What language settings are available on the machine?
Answer: Typically, the machine supports English and Chinese. If you require other languages, we provide free translation services.

Q8: How do you handle uneven ground during printing?
Answer: The machine is equipped with adjustable feet that allow you to adjust the track according to the unevenness of the ground. This ensures stable and precise printing even on uneven surfaces.

Q9. How is the quality of the machine? Are there any components that are prone to damage?
Answer: Our machines have excellent quality, and each machine undergoes comprehensive quality inspection before leaving the factory. The print head is a component that may be more susceptible to issues. We recommend having spare print heads on hand in case of any malfunction.

Q10. Can one print head be used for printing four colors, while another print head is dedicated to printing white?
Answer: Yes, our machine can be configured to have one print head for printing four colors and another print head dedicated to printing white. This allows for efficient and precise printing of both color and white elements in your designs.
