The feature of 1500W/2000W/3000W/6000W Hardware Pipe Precision Automatic Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
1. The pipe workpiece is equipped with three-jaw chuck and customized tooling to realize the rapid positioning and clamping of the workpiece with a diameter of 30-80mm. Equipped with portable thimble mechanism to achieve automatic and fast jacking of products of different lengths. Servo motor drives the tube to rotate.
2, Enclosed machine, upper and lower door structure. Design the blanking device under the cutting base (below the pipe). In addition to the laser water cooler, all controls, lasers, PCS, etc. are integrated on the device.
3, laser cutting head to achieve long direction X axis servo movement, Y axis servo movement, cutting head Z axis up and down servo movement, automatically follow cutting. 4, the use of special pipe cutting software, through 3D pattern(STP,lGS format) directly into the software automatic cutting. The hole size and parameters can be modified on the software interface. Greatly simplifies debugging time.
