M7 Series Pulsed Fiber Lasers


JPT M7 Series is a high-power fiber laser that adopts a directly electrically modulated semiconductor laser as the seed source (MOPA structure). It features excellent laser performance and superior pulse shape control capability. Compared with Q-switched fiber lasers, the pulse frequency and pulse width of MOPA fiber lasers are independently controllable. By adjusting and combining these two laser parameters, constant high peak power output can be achieved, making it suitablefor a wider range of marking substrates.

1.The pulsed fiber laser adopts the master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) structure. In this structure, the master oscillator uses a semiconductor laser as the seed source, while the power amplification is achieved through traveling wave fiber amplifiers.

2. The pulsed fiber laser with the MOPA structure outputs pulsed light beams bydirectly modulating a single-mode semiconductor laser. Its pulse width is adjustable, the waveform can be edited, and it has continuous mode, wide frequency range and peak power.

3. This type of fiber laser has a high energy conversion efficiency; and this laser usesan air cooling system, which makes the heat dissipation structure more compact, smaller in size and more portable; the all-fiber integrated design makes the system maintenance-free and more convenient for customers to use.

4.This laser is powered by a 48-volt DC power supply and uses a standard DB25 interface, with good compatibility.

Answer: All metals can be engraved to a certain depth; However, some metals are more suitable for deepengraving. Softer aluminium materials can be engraved with depth in just a few coats.
