LASER CUTTING HEAD

The BS12K is a high-power cutting head with a power rating of 12kW. It offers both non-bus and ECAT bus control options. It features a variety of fiber interfaces, including QBH, QD, Q+, and LOE, making it compatible with a wide range of mainstream lasers. Built-in intelligent sensors enable real-time monitoring data to be read on mobile devices and CNC systems via wireless networks. The BS12K's uniquely designed 3D cutting head with a slender TRA structure is specifically designed for cutting pipes and T-shaped steel profiles.

The lightweight design improves machine acceleration. Traditional air cooling of the nozzle is eliminated (no air compressor required). The smooth, high-speed airflow design, lens optical shaping, and superior nozzle water cooling significantly improve stability, surface quality, and efficiency during steel plate cutting.

Supports analog control of the focusing unit or EtherCAT bus communication and bus-controlled focusing unit, allowing users to achieve continuous and rapid focus position adjustment through program settings.

4. Real-Time Parameter Feedback

Built-in sensors provide real-time feedback on process parameters such as the temperature of the protective lens inside the cutting head, the temperature of the focusing lens, chamber temperature and humidity, chamber pressure, and cutting gas pressure.
