LASER CUTTING HEAD

The BS20K is a high-power cutting head with a power rating of 20kW. It offers both non-bus and ECAT bus control options. It features a variety of fiber interfaces, including QBH, QD, Q+, and LOE, making it compatible with a wide range of mainstream lasers. It also incorporates various built-in intelligent sensors, enabling real-time data reading on mobile devices and CNC systems via wireless networks.

1. Excellent Design

The lightweight design improves machine acceleration. Traditional air cooling of the nozzle is eliminated (no air compressor required). Utilizing a smooth, high-speed airflow design, lens optical shaping, and a domestically advanced nozzle water-cooling structure, the machine significantly improves stability, surface quality, and efficiency during steel plate cutting.

2. Flexible Control

Supports analog control of the focusing unit or EtherCAT bus communication and bus-controlled focusing unit, allowing users to achieve continuous and rapid focus position adjustment through program settings.
